राजस्थान सांख्यिकी अधिकारी सिलेबस (RPSC STATISTICAL OFFICER Syllabus 2021) : राजस्थान लोक सेवा आयोग (RPSC) ने आयोजना विभाग के लिए 43 सांख्यिकी अधिकारी (Statistical Officer) पदों पर भर्ती विज्ञापन जारी किया है । इच्छुक व योग्य उम्मीदवार 3 सितंबर से 2 अक्टूबर 2021 तक ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते है । Statistical Officer Syllabus से संबंधित जानकारी नीचे दी गई है । यह सिलेबस पिछली भर्ती पर आधारित है । आयोग द्वारा इस भर्ती के लिए अलग से सिलेबस जारी करेगा । जैसे ही नया सिलेबस जारी होगा । आपको अलग से सूचित कर दिया जाएगा । यह सिलेबस आपकी जानकारी के उपलब्ध करवाया जा रहा है ।

1. वर्णनात्मक सांख्यिकी: डेटा के प्रकार, संग्रह, वर्गीकरण, सारणीकरण और डेटा की आरेखीय प्रस्तुति। केंद्रीय प्रवृत्ति, फैलाव, क्षण, तिरछापन और कर्टोसिस के उपाय।
2. सहसंबंध और प्रतिगमन: कार्ल पियर्सन और रैंक सहसंबंध गुणांक, बहु और आंशिक सहसंबंध, रैखिक प्रतिगमन। कम से कम वर्गों की विधि।
3. प्रायिकता: प्रायिकता के शास्त्रीय और स्वयंसिद्ध दृष्टिकोण, सशर्त संभावना, बेयस प्रमेय, प्रायिकता पर सरल समस्याएं। यादृच्छिक चर और गणितीय अपेक्षा के साथ अनुप्रयोग, चेबीचेव की असमानता।
4. संभाव्यता वितरण: गुणों और अनुप्रयोगों के साथ वर्दी, द्विपद, नकारात्मक द्विपद, पॉइसन, घातीय, आयताकार, सामान्य, गामा, कॉची, बीटा वितरण। केंद्रीय सीमा प्रमेय।
5. नमूना वितरण: ची-स्क्वायर, टी और एफ वितरण और उनके अनुप्रयोग।
6. बहुभिन्नरूपी विश्लेषण: बहुभिन्नरूपी सामान्य वितरण, हॉटेलिंग का T2 वितरण। विभेदक, प्रमुख घटक और कारक विश्लेषण। मल्टीपल रिग्रेशन एनालिसिस, मल्टी कॉलिनियरिटी। विशार्ट्स वितरण और उसके गुण।
7. अनुमान का सिद्धांत: बिंदु और अंतराल अनुमान, अनुमानक के गुण, अनुमान के तरीके – कम से कम वर्ग और अधिकतम संभावना अनुमान, क्रैमर-राव असमानता। विश्वास अंतराल और आत्मविश्वास की सीमा।
8. परिकल्पना का परीक्षण: परिकल्पना की अवधारणा, परीक्षण में त्रुटि के प्रकार, महत्वपूर्ण क्षेत्र और महत्व का स्तर, पी मान, नेमन पियर्सन लेम्मा। छोटे और बड़े पर आधारित एक और दो पुच्छ परीक्षण नमूने।
9. गैर-पैरामीट्रिक परीक्षण: रन, साइन, मेडियन और कोलमोगोरोव- स्मिरनोव एक और दो नमूना परीक्षण।

10. नमूना सर्वेक्षण का डिजाइन: नमूनाकरण इकाई, नमूना फ्रेम, नमूना अंश, प्रतिस्थापन के साथ और बिना नमूनाकरण, जनसंख्या पैरामीटर और नमूना अनुमानक, दक्षता, सटीकता और सटीकता, नमूनाकरण और गैर नमूनाकरण त्रुटियां, सरल यादृच्छिक नमूनाकरण, प्रतिस्थापन के साथ आकार के लिए संभावना अनुपात अलग-अलग संभावना के साथ नमूनाकरण- प्रतिस्थापन के साथ और बिना, स्तरीकृत यादृच्छिक नमूनाकरण, व्यवस्थित नमूनाकरण, क्लस्टर नमूनाकरण, मल्टीस्टेज नमूनाकरण, अनुमान के अनुपात और प्रतिगमन विधियां।

12. समय श्रृंखला विश्लेषण: घटक, प्रवृत्ति का मापन, मौसमी, चक्रीय और अनियमित विविधताएं, ऑटोसहसंबंध, ऑटो प्रतिगमन, पीरियोडोग्राम।
13. इंडेक्स नंबर: इंडेक्स नंबरों के उपयोग, प्रकार और सीमाएं, इंडेक्स नंबरों का निर्माण, सरल और भारित कुल विधि, सरल और भारित औसत मूल्य-रिश्तेदार, चेन बेस इंडेक्स नंबर, बेस शिफ्टिंग, इंडेक्स नंबरों का विभाजन और अपस्फीति, लागत जीवित सूचकांक संख्या।

16. कृषि सांख्यिकी: कृषि में सांख्यिकी का महत्व, भारत में कृषि सांख्यिकीय प्रणाली, कृषि जनगणना, पशुधन गणना, भूमि उपयोग के आँकड़े। कृषि सर्वेक्षण। राष्ट्रीय कृषि उत्पादन सूचकांक, फसल उत्पादन सूचकांक।
17. सांख्यिकीय आनुवंशिकी: वंशानुक्रम में भौतिक आधार, पृथक्करण का विश्लेषण, गुणात्मक लक्षणों के लिए जुड़ाव का पता लगाना और अनुमान लगाना। आनुवंशिक भिन्नता और उसका विभाजन। रिश्तेदारों के बीच संबंध। आनुवंशिकता, दोहराव और आनुवंशिक सहसंबंध।

1. Descriptive Statistics: Types of Data, Collection, Classification, Tabulation and Diagrammatic Presentation of data. Measures of Central Tendency, Dispersion, Moments, Skewness and Kurtosis.
2. Correlation and Regression: Karl Pearson and Rank correlation coefficients, Multiple and Partial Correlation, Linear Regression. Method of Least Squares.
3. Probability: Classical and Axiomatic approaches of probability, Conditional Probability, Bayes theorem, Simple problems on Probability. Random variable and Mathematical Expectation with applications, Chebychev’s inequality .
4. Probability Distributions: Uniform, Binomial, Negative Binomial, Poisson, Exponential, Rectangular, Normal, Gamma, Cauchy, Beta Distributions with properties and applications. Central limit theorem.
5. Sampling Distributions: Chi-square, t and F Distributions and their applications.
6. Multivariate Analysis: Multivariate Normal Distribution, Hotelling’s T2 distribution. Discriminant, Principal Component and Factor Analysis. Multiple Regression Analysis, Multi Colinearity. Wishart’s distribution and its properties.
7. Theory of Estimation: Point and Interval estimation, Properties of estimator, Methods of Estimation – Least Squares and Maximum Likelihood estimates, Cramer-Rao inequality. Confidence intervals and confidence limits.
8. Testing of Hypothesis: Concept of Hypothesis, Types of error in testing, Critical Region and level of significance, p values, Neyman Pearson Lemma. One and two tailed tests based on small and large samples.
9. Non-Parametric Tests: Run, Sign, Median, and Kolmogorov- Smirnov one and two sample tests.

Design of Sample Survey: Sampling Unit, Sampling frame, Sampling fraction, Sampling with and without replacement, Population Parameter and Sample estimator, efficiency, accuracy and precision, sampling and non sampling errors, Simple random sampling, Probability proportion to Size with replacement, Sampling with varying probability- with and without replacement, stratified random sampling, systematic sampling, cluster sampling, multistage sampling, ratio and regression methods of estimation.
11. Design of Experiments: Analysis of variance for one way and two way classified data, Transformation of data, Uniformity trials, Principles of Design of experiments .Completely Randomized Design, Randomized Block Design, Latin Square Design, missing plot techniques. 2n factorial experiments, Complete and Partial confounding. 12. Time Series Analysis: Components, Measurements of Trend, Seasonal, Cyclical and irregular variations, Autocorrelation, Auto regression, Periodogram.
13. Index Number: Uses, types and limitations of index numbers, construction of index numbers, simple and weighted aggregate method, Simple and weighted average price-relatives, Chain base index numbers, Base shifting, Splicing and Deflating of Index numbers, Cost of Living index numbers.

16. Agriculture Statistics: Importance of Statistics in Agriculture, Agricultural statistical system in India, Agricultural Census, Livestock Census, Land use statistics. Agriculture Survey. National Agricultural Production Index, Crop production Index.
17. Statistical Genetics: Physical basis in inheritance, Analysis of segregation, Detection and Estimation of Linkage for qualitative characters. Genetic Variance and its partitioning. Correlation between Relatives. Heritability, Repeatability and Genetic correlation.
